1. Aceptación de los Términos
Al acceder y utilizar los servicios de Alpha Connect ("el Servicio", "SaaS"), usted acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos"). Si no está de acuerdo con alguna parte de los términos, no podrá usar nuestros servicios.
2. Uso de la API de WhatsApp Business
Alpha Connect opera como un Proveedor Tecnológico (Tech Provider) que facilita la integración y gestión de comunicaciones a través de la API oficial de WhatsApp Business (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Al utilizar nuestros servicios, usted acepta explícitamente cumplir con:
3. Obligaciones del Cliente (Usuarios de Alpha Connect)
Usted, dueño del negocio o administrador del tenant, es el único responsable de:
- Obtener el consentimiento explícito (opt-in) de sus clientes finales antes de enviarles mensajes proactivos de WhatsApp a través de nuestra plataforma.
- Mantener la calidad y reputación de su número de teléfono registrado en WhatsApp Business.
- Garantizar que no utilizará el servicio para enviar correo no deseado (spam), phishing, material ilegal o contenido que viole los derechos de terceros.
Alpha Connect se reserva el derecho de suspender o cancelar su cuenta si detectamos o si Meta reporta violaciones a estas políticas asociadas a su cuenta comercial.
4. Limitación de Responsabilidad (SLA y Caídas de Proveedores)
Alpha Connect hace uso de servicios de terceros, incluyendo, pero no limitándose a Meta (WhatsApp) y proveedores de Inteligencia Artificial (ej. Google Gemini). No nos hacemos responsables por interrupciones del servicio, fallos en la entrega de mensajes o bloqueos de cuentas derivados de fallas directas en los sistemas de estos proveedores oficiales o por decisiones unilaterales de Meta de suspender su cuenta de WhatsApp Business.
5. Pagos y Suscripciones
El acceso a Alpha Connect se rige mediante un modelo de suscripción basado en el consumo de mensajes y/o asientos de agentes. Alpha Connect no realiza reembolsos por servicios ya prestados o por bloqueos originados por Meta debido a violaciones en las políticas de mensajería (Spam).
6. Cambios a los Términos
Podemos modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuo del Servicio después de la publicación de los cambios constituye su aceptación de dichos cambios.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Alpha Connect ("the Service", "SaaS"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.
2. Use of WhatsApp Business API
Alpha Connect operates as a Tech Provider facilitating the integration and management of communications via the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta Platforms, Inc.). By using our services, you explicitly agree to comply with:
3. Client Obligations (Alpha Connect Users)
You, the business owner or tenant administrator, are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining explicit consent (opt-in) from your end customers before sending them proactive WhatsApp messages through our platform.
- Maintaining the quality and reputation of your phone number registered with WhatsApp Business.
- Ensuring you will not use the service to send spam, phishing, illegal material, or content that violates third-party rights.
Alpha Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect or if Meta reports violations of these policies associated with your business account.
4. Limitation of Liability (SLA and Third-Party Downtime)
Alpha Connect utilizes third-party services, including but not limited to Meta (WhatsApp) and Artificial Intelligence providers (e.g., Google Gemini). We are not liable for service interruptions, message delivery failures, or account bans resulting from direct failures in these official providers' systems or by unilateral decisions from Meta to suspend your WhatsApp Business Account.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Access to Alpha Connect is governed by a subscription model based on message consumption and/or agent seats. Alpha Connect does not issue refunds for services already rendered or for bans originating from Meta due to messaging policy violations (e.g., Spam).
6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
